New Summer Menu

Check out the exciting new Summer menu in Mansfield’s favorite restaurant – The Mansfield Hotel. Notably, the new additions include;

- Caesar Salad (with Chicken or Prawn)

crispy cos lettuce, croutons, bacon, soft boiled egg & shaved parmesan tossed with creamy homemade Caesar sauce.

- Prawn, Mango & Avocado Salad

with tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed lettuce, julienne carrot & capsicum finished with a sweet raspberry vinegarette.

- Chicken Spaghetti Salad

grilled chicken breast tossed through warm spaghetti, semi dried tomatos, spanish onion &baby spinach with a lemon basil mayo.

- Seared chilli scallop salad

with crunchy hokkien noodles, mixed salad &lime honey dressing.

- Oven Baked Duck Shanks

served on jasmine rice & steamed bok choy with a pickled ginger & sweet soy sauce.

- Stuffed Chicken Breast

filled with spinach, cashews & cream cheese wrapped in crispy prosciutto, served on sweet potato mash & mixed greens topped with red wine jus.

- Antipasto platter

marinated semi dried tomatoes, eggplant, artichokes, roasted capsicum, kalamata olives, pickled caperberries, leg ham, salami & selection of local cheeses with toasted ciabatta bread &pita crisps.
